Terms of Service
Last updated:
These terms apply when you use Skincubed. They are written to be short and readable; please read them before creating an account.
1. Using the service
Skincubed is a free tool for making Minecraft skins in your browser. You may use it for personal and commercial projects. You must be at least 13 to create an account, and you are responsible for keeping your password safe.
2. Your skins
You own the skins you create. By saving or sharing a skin, you let Skincubed store it, show it to the people you share it with, and make the copies needed to run the service. That permission ends when you delete the skin or your account.
3. What you may not do
- Upload or share content you do not have the rights to, including other people's skins or artwork without permission.
- Share skins that are hateful, sexual, harassing or otherwise illegal.
- Abuse the service: automated mass sign-ups or uploads, attempts to break security, or overloading our servers.
4. Removing content
We may remove skins or suspend accounts that break these terms. If you think a shared skin infringes your rights, email support@skincubed.com with the share link and we will review it.
5. Minecraft
Not an official Minecraft product. Not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. Using your skins in the game is subject to the Minecraft EULA and usage guidelines.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and your skins safe, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copy of skins that matter to you by exporting them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
